I have been a wedding and portrait photographer for the past decade and I am so grateful for the privilege to do what I do. I’ve enjoyed so many happy times with my clients: their engagements and wedding celebrations, the births and subsequent birthdays of their children. I’ve witnessed countless seniors head off to college with excitement and trepidation, and watched their moms simultaneously well up with tears and beam with pride.

Being an integral part of these events and included in such intimate family moments takes a certain finesse and skill that has contributed to my success as a photographer of people. And while the classes I’ve taken and taught, the extensive line of camera gear that I own, and the software at my fingertips will certainly tell you that I am indeed a professional photographer, I am so much more than that. I am an emotional dreamer, a happy dancer, and a sad song connoisseur. I love God, my husband, our 3 beautiful children, and our dogs. I am inspired by intricate architecture and the simplicity of nature; I love books that make me laugh and movies that make me bawl. I have a profound love for higher education and unintentional grammatical errors make me cringe. I pray often but rarely out loud. I’m casual and fun, but not hip and funny. Babies adore me and I’m a sucker for them, too. I cannot wait to photograph you … let’s meet soon.
